Enroll in a Real Estate Class
- 90-hour Real Estate Pre-license (Online): This is the course you need if you are getting your real estate license for the first time. It is completed online at your own pace.
- 90-hour Real Estate Pre-license (Classroom): This is the course you need if you are getting your real estate license for the first time. It is a live classroom course held Mon-Fri 6pm-10pm for 5 weeks.
- 45-hour Real Estate Law (Online): This is the course you need if you have a California salesman license and want to obtain a Nevada salesman license.
- Broker Management (Text Book): This is the course you need if you have a salesman license and want to upgrade to a broker license.
