Nevada License Test

PearsonVue License Test

In addition to completing the pre-license course, license applicants must successfully pass the Nevada real estate license test. The license test is made up of two sections (state law & national law). The state law section has 40 questions and covers Nevada specific real estate law found in NRS 645, the allotted time is 1.5 hours. The national law section has 80 questions and covers Federal laws and general real estate practices, allotted time is 2 hours.

A passing score is 75%.

The exam costs $100 every time you take it. This could get expensive if you fail, so make sure you are prepared.

PearsonVue is the company that administers the test. Please see their web site for test details and scheduling. Please note that Silver State Real Estate School is not affiliated with PerasonVue and we cannot provide customer service for them.

PearsonVue has testing centers in several states. If you do not live in Nevada, they may be able to offer the Nevada test in your home state.
