Silver State Real Estate School offers the  90-hour real estate Pre-license course for an initial salesman in a live classroom setting. Our classroom is located in the North West part of the last Vegas valley at US95 & Ann Rd.

The classroom course is set up as a traditional lecture format. Every week starts a new major subject matter. At the end of the class there is a final test that mimics the state license test. There is also test prep sessions.

After completing the classroom course, you will receive your completion certificate that must be included with your license application.
