This is the mandatory 120-hour real estate pre-license course for an initial salesman license. You can complete the course at your own pace on your computer or mobile device. The course is available 24/7. 

The course is set up in chapters by subject matter. There are also quizzes at the end of each chapter. At the end of the course, there is a final exam that mimics the actual state license test.

Most people finish the online course in 3 weeks, but you may take as much time as you need as the course does not expire. Upon completion of the course, you will be emailed your completion certificate which you include with your license application.
